Guilt free – wheat free breakfast ….

loving breakfast is one thing, eating healthy breakfast a whole other story … Most common breakfast platters are full of sugar, wheat, gluten, etc etc etc …

so why not beat around those nasty ingredients and keep it simple, guilt free and healthy.

this is what you need:

1 avocado

goat cheese

cherry tomatoes

roasted hempseeds

cilantro or any other herb

salt, pepper, lime juice, gomazio, the best olive oil you can get your hands on

how to do:

smash the avocado and spread it on your plate, top with goat cheese crumbles, salt and olive oil and a hint of lime juice. sprinkle the hempseeds over this mixture

cut the tomatoes and spread over the avocado mix

scramble your eggs with salt, pepper and gomazio

add the egg mixture on top

finish your platter up with loads of fresh herbs, cilantro, parsley, basil … etc and a hint of olive oil

bon apetite …
